The certified socket cover, developed in accordance with the highest quality standards by KOSTAL Industrie Electric GmbH, is substituted for the faulty cover right on site by the experts from ADLER Solar and Europe Solar Concept. The allotment of these socket covers is limited, since they are being produced exclusively for this replacement action.

Ideally, it is no longer necessary to dismantle the modules. The repair can be performed right on site, thus eliminating transport risk and packing costs. In other case, working together with you, we will come up with a concept in which you function as the installer responsible for dismantling and reassembling the photovoltaic modules and ADLER Solar repairs them. Depending on the possibilities on site, the repair can be performed right in your region. Each repair is subsequently verified by a functional test.

Thanks to the quick solution, your customer also avoids losses in earnings, and safety is soon restored.

Which PV modules are affected?

According to information from Solar-Fabrik AG, these are products with the designation Premium L, M, XM and S. The junction box has only one connecting cable and an LC-4 plug. We will be glad to help you identify them.

A typical repair could run as follows:

  • Using a checklist, we inquire about the outline data, such as serial numbers, number of installations and modules affected, locations and local conditions
  • We agree on a joint solution concept at short notice and set a date for the work after hearing from your end customers
  • The modules are dismantled only if necessary at the agreed repair frequency
  • Repair work is performed
  • A possible reassembly and commissioning
