ADLER Solar Services GmbH, leading service provider for the PV industry, can now announce a new strategic partnership. The Norwegian company Aqualis ASA is taking a 49.9% share in the Bremen-based company. The two companies had already signed a memorandum of understanding back in September.
The goal of the partnership is to push ahead with the internationalization ADLER Solar has already begun and in the process to exploit the synergies offered by the existing locations and infrastructure of Aqualis ASA, among other things. The Norwegian enterprise group has 230 employees and 19 offices in more than 14 countries. The PV service portfolio of Aqualis ASA, whose goal is to offer technical services and consulting for the entire energy market, will from now on be managed by ADLER Solar Services GmbH.
