We are also ready to work on it together with your installer. If you no longer have an up-to-date contact, we will also offer you a complete solution as one-stop provider.

ADLER Solar is offering an optimized repair possibility. The certified junction box cover, developed in accordance with the highest quality standards by KOSTAL Industrie Electric GmbH, is substituted for the faulty cover right on site by the experts from ADLER Solar and Europe Solar Concept. The allotment of these socket covers is limited, since they are being produced exclusively for this replacement action.

Ideally, it is no longer necessary to dismantle the modules. The repair can be performed right on site, thus eliminating transport risk and packing costs. Thanks to the quick solution, you also avoid losses in earnings, and safety is soon restored. Each repair is verified afterward by a function test.

ADLER Solar specializes in repair solutions for junction boxes. In the past seven years, we have worked on more than 300,000 PV modules with problem sockets. The repair procedures have been performed and further developed in collaborative partnership with the manufacturers of the modules.

Which PV modules are affected?

According to information from Solar-Fabrik AG, these are products with the designation Premium L, M, XM and S. The junction box has only one connecting cable and an LC-4 plug. We will be glad to help you identify them.

A typical repair could run as follows:

  • Using a checklist, we ask a few questions regarding location of components and serial number for definite identification.
  • Together, we go over the various possible solutions. If desired, we can also include your installer.
  • We set a date and time for the repair
  • If necessary, module desmanteling
  • Repair is performed
  • A possible reassembly and commissioning
