Would you like to send us a warranty inquiry? Please feel free to complete the Return Request Form and provide us with at least the following information:

  • Site registration number
  • Serial numbers of all modules in question (in the 2nd tab)
  • The corresponding „Return“-Code (in the 2nd tab)

On receipt of this information, we will carry out the formal warranty check and will provide you with a return confirmation requesting you to pack the First Solar modules subject for warranty in accordance with the packaging guidelines and to prepare them ready for transportation. We can then organize the pick-up, carry out the technical warranty check in our Service Center and inform you about the result.
