Norwegian Aqualis ASA acquires 49,9% shares of ADLER Solar Services GmbH
– Further expansion and international orientation are defined as common goals
ADLER Solar Services GmbH, leading full-service provider for the solar power industry, and Aqualis ASA have agreed to establish a strategic business alliance. According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by both parties in Oslo, the Norwegian engineering consultancy group will acquire 49,9 % shares of the company based in Bremen, Germany.
The company quoted on the Norwegian stock exchange provides engineering consultancy services to the offshore oil, gas and renewable energy industry. Aqualis ASA plans to expand its range of services to the entire energy market. ADLER Solar Services GmbH will cover the complete PV service portfolio worldwide. With 230 employees and 16 offices worldwide, Aqualis ASA operates in more than 11 countries.
