The provider of the online trading platform for solar components, pvXchange GmbH, is being replaced by the pvXchange Trading GmbH from April onwards. The new company was recently founded with the former cooperation partner ADLER Solar Services GmbH. It will still operate as ‘pvXchange’ – a trademark well-known on the national and international PV market. The main focus remains on the trading and procurement of PV modules, components and spare parts. Due to the sharing of ADLER Solar, pvXchange now also offers supplementary services.

Headquarters of pvXchange Trading GmbH is Bremen. Martin Schachinger, co-founder and up to now Managing Director of the pvXchange GmbH, will conduct business together with Gerhard Cunze, Executive Partner of ADLER Solar.

Apart from the new, extended service offers – such as quality checks for PV modules, warehousing and logistics, reparations, adjustments and installation works (e.g. removal and reinstallation of solar modules and replacement components) – pvXchange can offer its customers the required spare parts from its own extensive stock. “In this way we can provide our clients with the required solar modules even faster and in a very reliable way”, explains Martin Schachinger.

„In founding the pvXchange Trading GmbH, we have adapted our previous business activities to the changing market conditions. By means of selected, supplementary service offers we intend to create an additional value for our clients”, summarizes Gerhard Cunze.
